When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within 48 hours and will deliver within 3 business days after that.

Is this vase dishwasher safe?
No, this item should not be washed in the dishwasher. Hand wash with light soap and warm water.

The vase is getting very hard to turn, why?
The black rubber O-ring may have lost its lubricant. You can either add a silicone lubricant to the large rubber O-ring, or simply remove the O-ring entirely. If you do remove the O-ring, do not fill water past the midline. 

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of item. If something goes wrong with the item, we will ALWAYS work with you to make sure you are satisfied!

What is the vase made out of?
The vase is made out of a proprietary mix of plastic and marble powder. This gives the vase a solid feel and supreme durability, making it shatter-proof and impact-resistant.

Where are the vases made?
The vases were designed by an American inventor, assisted by an American engineer. The packaging was designed by an American graphic design company. Manufacturing was sourced through an American contract manufacturer based in Texas. The final product was made in China.

The vase weighs 2.2 pounds and is 3.5" wide at the mouth
